DIY or Call Us?

There’s safe checking, and then there’s the point where a CWS repair goes sideways. An owner can confirm the series from the door label and measure the hinge cup with a caliper or even a drill bit gauge (35mm = roughly 1-3/8 inch). You can also test whether a drawer slide is actually failed versus just debris-clogged: remove the drawer, clean the slide raceway with a dry cloth, and re-test the soft-close action. Where DIY stops: hinge cup wallow in MDF or particleboard requires a repair plate bored to a precise depth, or the door is scrap. Drawer boxes need square assembly within 1/32 inch or they bind in the opening.
